Designers & Books Fair | PAPress presents “Graphic Designers in Conversation”

Two renowned veteran designers—Elaine Lustig Cohen and Tom Geismar—and two celebrated young designers—Prem Krishnamurthy, founding principal of Project Projects, and Hilary Greenbaum, Design Director of the Whitney Museum of American Art, in discussion.

The spirited back and forth among these four, moderated by School of Visual Arts D-Crit Chair Alice Twemlow, will address issues of interest to designers of all ages and career levels.

Topics discussed will include process, practice, philosophies, and influences—including the books that have loomed large in the lives of these four. The conversation will also cover reflections on the arc of a career, from starting out to staying relevant to recognizing and enjoying success.
